Don Rett has nearly 35 years of experience in the field of Securities Law.
He
is the only member of the Florida Bar to serve as both a Staff Attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and also the Director of the Florida Division of Securities.

Mr. Rett received his B.B.A. in 1970 from the University of Miami School of Business. His undergraduate degree was in Finance, with a minor in Accounting.  He was awarded the J.D. degree from the University of Miami Law School in 1973, with a concentration in Securities Regulation.
